This is how we got started. We found a void in the market. A lot of our owners either can't or prefer not to sell their motels, but would like to transition out of active management. Little Hotel Group was created to allow our owners to transition to their next stage in life without losing their assets.
Little Hotel Group offers hospitality management services which include, but not limited to: Guest Management, Housekeeping & Maintenance Management, Supply Management, and Financial Management.
We keep our pricing straightforward and affordable. Our management fee is commission based; we charge a flat fee per nightly rental.
Little Hotel Group will utilize your current maintenance routine and professionals, or build out a team to deal with maintenance issues.
You may take on a passive role, but you are not in the dark. We make sure our owners can easily view reports, financial transactions, guests check-ins, and even the property itself with our cloud surveillance system. Owners also will receive weekly progress reports to keep you informed.
